About PLT
PLT was founded in 1991 by Preben Lund after retiring from Radiometer A/S, a Danish manufacturer of high-end blood analyzing equipment. He has worked with PCBs in more than 40 years and in this period been:
- Manager of a development laboratory.
- Manager of a PCB design department.
- Responsible for all PCB activities at Radiometer, including quality assessment and incoming inspection, supplier evaluation and selection, and supplier audits.
- Adviser for the purchasing manager regarding PCBs.
- Project manager for introduction of SMT to Radiometer.
- Since 1991 manager of Preben Lund Technology.
Preben Lund has been the initiating force behind the Perfag standards and is well known as a lecturer in Scandinavia on PCB technology. He has published a number of text books and material on PCB technology.
